Can a VPN get you a cheaper Premiere Pro?

Will my account get banned?
Nobody has reported Adobe mass-banning accounts over region switches, but the terms let them close accounts that misrepresent their country, and the practical risk is real in a different way: if Adobe cancels your subscription, you lose access to your projects’ cloud assets until you resubscribe. Do not move a login you cannot afford to replace. If you switch anyway, use an account you could stand to lose, and read the currency on the final billing screen before you pay.
