Spotify Individual in India is ₹139/mo ($1.45) versus US $12.99, dated 29 Aug 2026 — third on the Individual board. Nigeria is cheapest at ₦1,600. Apple Music Individual in India is the same ₹139 against a US $11.99 list — same rupees, different merchant. YouTube Premium Individual in India is ₹289 on Apple. We did not date Family or a student row next to ₹139.

Website merchant. Apple gift cards are false
The dated ₹139 cell is Spotify’s official premium page, Spotify as merchant, not an App Store rank. music.apple.com will not collect this invoice. Confirm Individual after any intro on open.spotify.com/premium, not inside YouTube or Music.
This URL is recurring Individual at ₹139. Duo and Family are other Spotify invoices. Apple Music’s ₹139 is a different catalog with Spatial Audio and a different US list. Mixing those two ₹139 stickers into one “India music” cell is how a fake twin gets written.
Pay with a method Spotify lists for India on that website. Apple gift cards are not a verified Individual rail — there is no Apple ID on this receipt. We did not date a UPI autopay sticker next to ₹139, so this article will not invent one. Mini day-passes and Platinum lossless are other invoices we did not date here.
Nigeria still wins Individual
Nigeria Individual is ₦1,600 ($1.18) on Spotify’s Nigeria premium page — the cheap Spotify country, a different catalog door. India at $1.45 is close, not first.
Spotify stopped selling new gift cards globally as of August 2026. Old codes still redeem only on an account registered in the same country as the code. That is the opposite of YouTube, where Play credit can fund a Google-billed youtube.com membership when the Play country matches.
If your account was created in the US, a Delhi IP changes nothing. Getting ₹139 means an Indian-billed Spotify account and an instrument Spotify lists for India — not a tunnel, and not an Apple Music receipt that happens to show the same rupees.
