The auto-renewal trap: VPN intros versus Apple cells

Two invoices get sold as one “monthly price.” Website VPN intros apply to the first term. Apple monthly cells have no teaser. Mixing those two is the trap.

Turn auto-renew off the day you subscribe. You keep the prepaid days. Calendar the end of the intro. Cancel-and-rebuy a fresh website promo is the usual Nord/Surfshark workaround; promo stickers move.

Apple Nord monthly US $13.99 stays $13.99 until Apple changes the catalog. A tunnel to Istanbul does not recode it onto ₺459.99.

Streaming renewals are other merchants. A Nord charge does not retarget Netflix or Plus.
