Is Turkey still the PlayStation Plus deal?

Why does the top tier have different names?
Sony calls its highest Plus tier Premium in most markets and Deluxe in others, including Turkey and India. Comparing a Deluxe listing against someone else's Premium screenshot is a classic way unofficial tables mislead.
Can I use a foreign card on another region's PlayStation Store?
Increasingly no. Several stores, Turkey prominently among them, require payment methods issued locally, and Sony states an account's region cannot be changed after creation. Wallet funds and purchases stay behind.
Do PlayStation Store gift cards exist for every country?
No, and this is where PlayStation differs sharply from Xbox. Sony never sold official Turkish PSN cards, so the workaround people used on other stores simply never existed there.
Are marketplace activation services a safe shortcut?
